O&H CONTINGENCY ACTIVATION

March 2020

Yesterday, 26th March 2020, Venari Group activated our production contingency plan in continuation of our support for the NHS in the fight against Coronavirus/Covid-19.

This consolidated all production, incorporating both O&H Vehicle Technology and Venari Firefighting, temporarily to Group Headquarters, Brighouse.

We have maintained a skeleton crew of employees in Goole to maintain consistency in aftersales, spare parts and stock movements.

One thing which – as a Group – we will remain unwavering on however, is the support of our emergency services. Therefore, our business continuity plan was activated to ensure essential vehicle deliveries continue for our world-class NHS – particularly at a time when they have shown such inspirational commitment to keeping the country safe.

We will support our NHS and wider emergency services, every step of the way.

Production in Brighouse has therefore ramped up, with employees working more than 2 metres apart at any time to ensure all Government guidelines are fully adhered to. In conjunction with this, all relevant respiratory and personal PPE has been issued.

We are working overtime and weekends to ensure our delivery obligations are adhered to as closely as humanly possible.

For any emergency vehicle build, repair or service – to keep emergency vehicles operational – please contact myself or Craig Thurston on 07813 434079.

Yours sincerely,

Oliver North
CEO | Venari Group
